  Extra Space Storage makes it easy to pay your storage rental bill online. Simply log into your account to access statements, make a payment, and more. You can make one-time online payments or even set up recurring payments.

• Packing & Moving Supplies

  Extra Space Storage sells packing and moving supplies like boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, rope, moving kits, and more. We have all of the moving supplies you need for a successful move!

• Drive Up Access

  Drive-up access units at Extra Space Storage allow you to pull your vehicle directly next to your storage unit to easily load and unload items. Some locations even allow drive-up units to be used for vehicle storage for cars, motorcycles, and more.

• Climate Controlling

  Climate control at Extra Space Storage can help protect sensitive items from extreme temperatures. These units typically stay between 55 and 80 degrees year-round.

• Electronic Gate Access

  Extra Space Storage facilities with electronic gate access have a main gate or door that can only be opened with a code entered on an electronic keypad. Each customer is given a unique access code, allowing managers to see who's coming and going at all times.

• On-Site Resident Manager

  Extra Space Storage strives to provide a safe storage environment. That's why we have on-site resident managers! An on-site resident manager lives on the facility property to be available in case of an emergency and keep a close eye on our customers' units.

• Package Placement

  Extra Space Storage facilities can accept package deliveries on behalf of customers. For more information about package acceptance and placement, contact our team!

• Deliveries Accepted

  Some Extra Space Storage locations allow deliveries to be accepted. With delivery acceptance, a staff member will be available to accept your mail and keep it in a secure place until you pick it up.

• Non-Passenger Lifts

  Non-passenger lifts at Extra Space Storage are elevators intended to transport only items, not customers. These elevators are especially helpful when moving and storing large, heavy items.

• Wide Drive Aisles

  Wide-drive aisles provide plenty of space for larger vehicles and moving trucks to get in and out of Extra Space Storage when accessing outdoor and drive-up storage units.

• Solar Power

  Extra Space Storage has solar installations at over 400 facilities to improve our sustainability efforts and reduce our consumption. Our solar power initiative is one of the many reasons why Extra Space Storage is the highest-rated self storage company in the U.S. for sustainability.

• Kiosk

  Kiosks allow you to lease a storage unit and manage your account when it’s most convenient for you. These are available for customers who prefer no contact or can’t get to an Extra Space Storage office during business hours.
